CBE Goes National During Shelter-in-Place!

By Deborah Drysdale

Want something exciting to do while you’re home?

Make new friends and have fun playing cards (online!)
We are friendly and we have a great time.

Saturday, April 25, 2020: About 20 kids and grown-ups (ages 7 - 75) from many states played Kida and Hool with us: California, New Hampshire, Virginia, Ohio, Montana were represented (and India too, by Amaresh Deshpande, developer of Kida and Hool!).
It was great fun and we look forward to more next week. We offer free programs for all skill levels, from players who have never even held a deck of cards to those who are interested in playing bridge competitively. See below for more information.

We will guide you to these online sites: You can watch or participate.

  1. Zoom: the meeting site so we can see and hear each other.

  2. Kida: the trick-taking puzzle app for mobile devices (phones and tablets).

  3. Hool.org: the online game for 4 players, a fast-paced, fun pathway to bridge.

  4. Bridgebase.com: game room for literally 10’s of thousands of worldwide bridge players.
